Baba Chhori began as a simple question: how do we make sure Shanvi stays connected to Nepal, its language and its culture, while growing up in Melbourne? The answer was to turn everyday moments into lessons — and then share those moments with the world.
What started as casual Nepali practice at home grew into daily lessons, fun quizzes, YouTube videos, and a little community of Nepali families around Australia and the world who are on the same journey. Every parent who has wondered how to keep their child's mother tongue alive will understand exactly why we started this.
We are not language teachers or content professionals — just a baba and his chhori doing their best, one word at a time. 🙏
